INTRODUCE
Product Overview
The biosynthetic pathway of lysine was gradually elucidated after 1950. The biosynthetic pathway of lysine is different from other amino acids, and varies depending on the species of microorganisms. The bacterial lysine biosynthesis pathway requires the synthesis of lysine via diaminopimelic acid (DAP). The lysine biosynthesis pathway of yeast and mold needs to synthesize lysine through α-aminoadipic acid. But different bacteria have different regulation mechanisms of lysine biosynthesis even in the same lysine biosynthesis pathway of diaminoheptanedioic acid.
